After all the turkey and ham and treats are all gone, maybe it's time to turn your attention to yourselves and learn modern square dance. There is no dance steps to square dancing so it's perfect for men thinking they have two left feet.
Red Deer Square Dance Club is offering lessons Monday's starting January 5 at the Clearview community hall 93 Cornett Drive Red Deer from 7-9 pm. Cost is free for January and $5 per person February on. Bring clean shoes and water and enter through the south door. You will be dancing the first night, lessons are taught by an experienced instructor.
Dare to be square is a great family activity, as well as perfect date night events and singles or new to town are also welcome.
